A Saturday night crash on Route 422 near Indiana injured a woman, Miss Walker, who had a collar bone fracture. The car was driven by Albert Mauk, 24, of Indiana R D G. Two other passengers were unhurt and Miss Walker was taken home after treatment at Indiana Hospital.

Two Johnstown men died in Somerset County woods when bullets from their own guns accidental ly discharged. Robert Russell Shank 25 and William Frick 22 were killed Saturday morning and Sunday, respectively. Shank's body found near Shanksville about four miles north, Frick killed near North Fork dam. Coroner Dr William J Logue ruled accidental gunfire. Shank survived by parents and a brother. Frick survived by sister and two half siblings.
