He was also attempting to sell stock in a $50,000,000 moving picture theater while his mental condition was examined.

San Francisco December 13. Ogden Mills and Mrs Whitelaw Reid both of New York were given 250000 each as a partial distribution of the California estate of their father the late Darius Ogden Mills. The distribution was ordered by Judge Graham after a showing that partial distribution was necessary to meet present needs.
