William Sleppy spent Wednesday with Clinton Bowers. Mail man R D Fyock was late Saturday due to axle break. Rezza Erma and Wava McCullough were Sunday visitors at John Henrys.
Mr and Mrs Johan Fisher were at Indiana on Saturday afternoon. A H Rodkey left on Saturday to return to Michigan. The minister could not come to the M and Church on Saturday evening. The congregation were disappointed. David Ober spent Thanksgiving at Marion Center. Brown is all smiles as they welcome a new baby girl.
Mer Sheesley and his wife and Frank Sheesley arrived home Saturday from New Castle where they had been taking treatment. Ghatak caller in town. Mrs J G Donahue and Mrs H Ford visited in Johnstown Tuesday. Leonard Orange of Indiana spent the weekend with his parents Mr and Mrs W P Orange.
Miss Jean Donahue has returned to Pittsburgh after visiting her parents. H. B. George of Indiana was a business caller in town recently. B. Muley and A. BE. Muffy were business callers in Barnesboro on Wednesday. Miss Adelaids Wall has returned to Braddock while visiting relatives. Gary vs. Mary Indians is noted with Ward Uncaphey.
New York dispatch reports Gordon Pirie, 20, confessed to killing his friend George Nye, 19, saying he acted because he had the notion. Pirie was captured after Nye’s body was found and a manhunt followed, with local authorities tracing the suspect to a police station where the confession occurred.
