OMARHISBURG Aug 31 The State Securities Commission asked savers to aid a probe into unregistered securities sold by Maryland Building & Loan Association Rose Building & Loan Association National Short Term Securities Corporation Alabama Realty Corporation and National Bird Society. Investigator Eugene A Holland said the commission seeks information about buyers and noted the firms had been under SEC review for three years. Delmar L Thornbury of Huntingdon faces two counts of violating the Securities Act. he was held on 7000 bail as the grand jury prepares charges.
