Four men of Glen Rock York county were fined $75 each by Judge Warner on Tuesday for polluting Codorus creek water. Costs of prosecution totaling $750 were also imposed. The men continued the pollution after the State Board of Health warned them, and the suit resulted.
Bricks for paving South Seventh street have arrived and are being laid along the thoroughfare. The lower Wayne avenue section is partly paved and would extend to Grant street if bricks were available.
