Johnstown August 28 Mayor Joseph Cauffiel a re election candidate was held for court in $1000 bonds on a charge of perjury alleged by George C Knox. The accusation stems from testimony in the 1918 Common Pleas case about transfer of shares in the Cooper Tungsten Company when Cauffiel was trustee for Knox and other shareholders. The transaction involved about $30,000.
