Andy P. Baker and Ayal known seals of Campbells Mills joined Indiana business visitors in Punxsutawney yesterday along with Ark Gibson fair manager George Keller. C L Spires and son Paul of Blairsville were among today’s visitors. Fred Kunkle of Pittsburgh Forest Ry Creekside spent the day with Indiana friends. R M Shaffer of Plumville conducted business in town yesterday. C E Landfair of Blacklick was a Friday Court House visitor. James Nesbit of Blairsville spent a few hours in town this morning. Harry Clark of Creekside was a Friday caller in the County Treasurer's office.
W. E. Baldwin switchman at Times Square station was arrested on homicide charges for ordering a train after a damaged switch was repaired. Three investigations launched by IRT, Mayor Walker with a special committee, and the Transit Commission, amid clashes with police and IRT officials.
