Washington Aug 24 The Farm Security Administration will begin its second full year program in Pennsylvania with an allocation of 473 554 to help tenant farmers buy their own farms. The agency expands to 21 counties this year adding Berks Bucks Cumberland Greene Lancaster Lycoming Martins Northumberland to the list where loans may be made. County supervisors are collecting applications and county committees will select eligibles. The Pennsylvania share is higher than last year’s 449 000 though still small.
