Mrs Mary J Hall died at her home in Gastown Armstrong county on Saturday August 20 1910 aged about 80 years She was an invalid for years and is survived by children James Hall Eliza Hall John Hall William Hall David Hall Joseph Hall MrsWilliam Hy Robertson and Mrs Jamie M Sexton Funeral services were held at her late residence in Gastown Nancy Jellison died in Ballaville on August 18 at age 80 years 9 months and 17 days Her funeral was held at 2 o clock this afternoon

Thomas Hogarth named mine foreman by Lackawanna Co replacing Jones of Johnstown who left for a Cambria Steel post at Johnstown. Dr M Austin of Wehtum and J A Comerner of Winterdale recently made an overland trip to Josephine in the latter's automobile with Mr and Mrs James Cortiga of Blacklick. They returned home to Blairavilla in about an hour and two minutes.

Mr and Mrs William Phillipe went to Blakreville Friday for Miss Jellican’s funeral. Albert Youtts returned from Pittsburg. Miss Bertha McKinson spent Thursday in Indiana. Mrs Charles Cronk returned from Windber visit with daughter Mrs Robertson. John Phillips of Missouri visits his parents.
