Dublin New Hampshire August 21 Messages of condolence from President Coolidge and other notable figures reached Mrs George Harvey widow of the former ambassador to the Court of St James and noted as a maker of two presidents. Harvey died of heart attack after a month of illness at his summer home. Burial plans place the service in Peacham Vermont his birthplace.

Judge Barker commanded respect in Cambria County with a long record on the bench. Reversals by appellate courts were rare, mostly not from Cambria cases, and he led the Cambria County Bar Association as president since June 1914 after succeeding the late W. Horace Rose of Johnstown. Obituary of Dr. James A. Kelley of Whitesburg died in Kittanning hospital after 54 years of practice in Armstrong County. He was born in 1848, educated at Glade Run Academy, Western Reserve University, practiced from Whitesburg since 1874, served as pension examining surgeon, led Armstrong Medical Society as president in 1913, and was active in public affairs and church life. He is survived by a brother and two sisters with funeral services held.
