Blind Association Reports Second Interview Survey
The Pennsylvania Association for the Blind completed a second series of interviews in Armstrong and Indiana Counties. Interviews covered rural areas around Mome, Marion Center and Rochester Mills in Indiana, and Apollo, Leechburg, Kittanning and surrounding villages in Armstrong. 98 people were visited in two weeks. Demand centers include Braille instruction, typing, handcraft, glasses, eye care, eye surgery, and employment in Association shops.
