Attacker Identified as Six Foot Shark

The swimmer bitten at Manasquan was confirmed by experts to be attacked by a six foot shark. Michael Roman of Jackson Heights said the incident occurred in murky water near five feet of depth. Dr. Paul Hamer of Island Beach State Park examined Roman and found hip teeth marks consistent with a six foot shark.
