A 60 year old miner, Hailes Adaihaon, was found dead in a Canons Gas Company mine after a fire and gas exposure. Two volunteers discovered the body several months late while inspecting the mine. Officials say a short circuit and black damp gas led to the fatal incident and hindered earlier recovery.
