The Tenth is to be inspected at 8 a m tomorrow and at 10 a m on the sixteenth plus 2 p m on the eighteenth with a Brigade Review to follow. Troops will train in trench digging tomorrow afternoon. The wet grounds cancel the town band concert as troops remain in camp. George Prothero of Wayne Avenue became the first outsider permitted to ride in a Curtiss bi plane, strapped beside the aviator for twenty minutes and reporting an initial sinking sensation before the ride became stable at around 400 feet. He showed willingness to fly again.
