Murderer of Two Boys Charged in Winnipeg Slayings
Micha ngelo Vescio, 22, of Port Arthur, charged with murder in the 1945 sex slayings of two 14-year-old boys, Roy McGregor and George Smith. Chief Constable MacIver said the basis for the charges would not be released. Vescio, recently moved from Stony Mountain Penitentiary, began a three-year term for armed robbery.
