Curfew Ordered at Army Base After Fatal Weekend

At Fort Carson Colorado a midnight curfew has been ordered for about 11,000 soldiers rated E5 or below after auto accidents last weekend killed eight men. Major General Roland M. Gloszer ordered the curfew citing that over a quarter of recent accidents occurred between midnight and 3 a.m. and most victims were in lower rank groups.
