No Refuge For Soblen In Israel

Israel told El Al not to carry Dr Robert Soblen a U.S. spy convict again as a passenger. A parliamentary source said the cabinet ruled Soblen could not be admitted as an immigrant while recovering from a knife wound in London. Soblen fled to Israel after jumping bail and seeking asylum. First helmets were used by Ethiopian soldiers, placing horse skulls on their heads.
