Senatorial passage of inflation amendments to the Farm Relief bill pushed the dollar down on world markets today. The chief decline was in London where the dollar closed at 9.84 per pound after opening at 3.79. In Paris the dollar opened at 22.75 francs and eased to 29.45. It brought 3.24 marks in Berlin versus 6.85 yesterday, while in Vienna the dollar fell to 6.26 schillings.
