The 80 year old widow of Capt John McCune died in Pittsburgh and was brought to Johnstown for burial. Services were held at St Mark's Episcopal Church with Rev Edward L Reed officiating. Interment followed in Grandview cemetery. She was born in Indiana to Edward and Phoebe Nixon and had brothers and a sister. Two sons Edward Nixon and Bannon McCune survive.
