Wall Collapse Injures Boy and Girl in Pittsburgh
In Pittsburgh on April 26 a brick wall toppled from a building across an alley, striking Thomas Skippy Stutz 18 and Janice Manning 4 as they sat on back steps. Stutz, a polio victim, suffered multiple leg fractures and lacerations while Manning sustained a possible skull fracture. A ton of debris hit the children. a group had just left the alley moments earlier.
