Brookville, April 26. Public Instruction Commissioner Sumut ter has appointed R. B. Teiltlel as Brookville deputy superintendent at a salary of 2000 dollars a year to fill the vacancy created by Henry Houck of Spanon leaving to become secretary of Internal Affairs. Mr. Teitfelick, superintendent of Jefferson County schools, was elected president of the Pennsylvania State Teachers’ Association at Altoona last July.
