Joseph Burns 28, an aluminum worker, surrendered at Arnold police after confessing to stabbing Louis Tishky 43, who lay in wait in his car in front of Burns home. Tishky died from 15 stab wounds. Burns said he overheard his wife plan to leave with Tishky and took action. his wife claimed she still loves Burns.
