Washington April 21 The Treasury Secretary and Budget Director said President Roosevelt backs an emergency currency reform to inflate the economy as a war measure against international currencies. The plan would give the President control of currency, stabilize farm prices, compel European stabilization, and curb foreign raids on American markets.
