Minors Fund PLCB Law Tough on Underage Purchases
Harrisburg AP report notes rising liquor law violations by minors since the 1963 law. The Pennsylvania Liquor Controls Board says at least 65 minors have been arrested for purchasing or possessing alcohol and highlights fines of 25 to 100 dollars or 30 days in jail or both. Abraham D.
