Marine Recruit Beitel Joins For Four Year Service
S. Sgt. George Blanchard, Marine Corps recruiter for Indiana, announces Pvt. Roy Beitel of Salisburg R.D. 1 has enlisted for four years. Beitel begins boot training at Parris Island and will then attend Technical school with the Air Technical Training Command in Memphis. He entered under the aviation program and was advised to contact Blanchard at the Indiana County Courthouse for information.
