Revenue men say the seizure uncovers a bribery plot to land 500 cases of liquor valued at 460000 dollars. The commander is charged with offering bribes to V G 203 crewmen to secure the liquor transfer off Long Island near Montauk Point. Several coast guard members were arrested at Greenport and are now federal prisoners in New London Connecticut.
