The bill totals 116 209 508 with no funds for West Chester East Stroudsburg California and Clarion. Shamokin and Coal Dale State Hospitals were overlooked. The package is over 18 million below Gov Pinchot’s budget. The two year period begins June 1. The Turner code and Howell resolution set salary cuts. The Turner code and Howell resolution provide a 20 percent cut in all departments.
