Miss Margaret Phillips of Salisbury filed a trespass suit yesterday in the Court House against Widmann and Teah Inc claiming damages for injuries and shock from a fall in the store last September 4th. She alleges slippery cleaning solution caused the fall resulting in fractures and medical bills plus lost wages. The suit lists attorney Sciotta and Clerko.
