ISTC Students Aid Crippled Children Group Work
ISTC Elementary Education students under Dr Irene Russell assist the Indiana County Society for Crippled Children and Adults. More than 50 volunteers opened and tabulated Easter Seal returns from 20,000 letters sent March 10. Nearly 2,000 citizens contributed to support local clinics and a camping program, with funds staying in Indiana County.
