Chester Pa April 5 AP A 24 year old ex GI admitted involvement in a fatal assault on Mrs Rose Lyons Reynolds 49. He and fellow veteran Z Tyler were said to have dragged her into Crozer Park and attacked her using fists and kicks before Tyler was found dead at his home. Reynolds was found unconscious in the park and died. Morris said they offered to pay her fare home and that he cut his throat in a failed suicide attempt. The 400 Scranton Transit Company workers prepared to strike at 7 a m tomorrow after labor and management failed to agree on wages.
