Liquor Sellers Arrested in Indiana Case
Last week, Tom Reilly Leonard Marcero Samuel Ferraro Jesse Buterbaugh J J Boyer F G Kunkle and Dr G T Bennett of Lovejoy plus Mike Setcash Evan Kreemer of Mitchells Mills were arrested for illegal liquor selling in formation of T N Miller before Justice M B Kling. Most posted bail. Ferraro requested a hearing and was ordered back next Friday. others waived hearings and were held for court next June. Charles Miller of Lovejoy was also arrested for keeping a gambling establishment with T N Miller as prosecutor and posted bail.
