Burglary and Larceny Case Opens at WNUR Court

William H. Ashbaugh of Saltsburg son of Mr and Mrs James Ashbaugh and Laura Lowry daughter of Mrs Nancy Lowry of Railroad avenue were married by Rev Swartz Crawford at the bride's mother's home on Thursday June 12 1902 at 12 30 pm. The couple left on the 420 train for Pittsburg then toured Buffalo and Niagara Falls before returning to Saltsburg Tuesday morning June 17 to make their home. The groom works as a bookkeeper for the American Steel Company and the bride is described as one of Indiana's most estimable young ladies.

On Saturday evening Mrs Annie M Kline wife of Wellington B Kline died at home from self inflicted injuries during a nervous disorder. She was born March 15 1838 in Pottstown daughter of Aaron and Mra Custer and married W B Kling June 27 1861. Survived by husband four children two sisters and one brother. Funeral held Tuesday with Rev Lewis Hay officiating. Interment Oakland Cemetery. Also noted are the deaths of Dr Charles G Ernst 41 former Knight of Pythias grand chancellor and Colonel Alfred Co Sanderson veteran journalist and Democratic politician aged 65. Dr Ernst died at Punxsutawney hospital. Sanderson died at Harrisburg hospital.
