Two Men Die in Rail Collision at Kiskiminetas Junction
Two men, John Fleming engineer and Harry Hoke fireman, died in a double collision at Kiski minet as junction. The wreck involved a 40 car freight and Allegheny Valley engineer No. 62. Fleming and Hoke were in the cab when the crash occurred. Fleming crushed and Hoke scalded to death.

A.O. Devinney, a brake man on the West Penn local freight, attempted self harm at Mrs. Caroline Barto's North Side residence. He cut his left throat deeply but slipped during a second pass, injuring his cheek. Dr. Klingensmith treated him. Believed prompted by domestic troubles, Devinney was reportedly in stable condition and expected to recover quickly.
