Representatives of ladies clubs from Irwin Johnstown Latrobe Indiana Blairsville and surrounding towns met in Blairsville on Monday at the Ladies College chapel with over 100 attendees. The New Century Club of Indiana organized the program with talks on juvenile court Civics and club methods followed by music and readings. Delegates enjoyed luncheon and expressed interest in forming a federation and future regular meetings.

Over 50 friends joined Mr and Mrs J M Barclay near Dilltown Friday for their 23rd wedding anniversary dinner. Ingleside Club hosted a program at the Normal with refreshments. Mr and Mrs Thomes Hill celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary at J C Peeler’s West Pike home. A marriage in 1859 linked Hill and Rebweca Miller. both 86 and 80 are in good health. Shakespeare Club met Friday with refreshments, next meeting set for Feb 18 at Daughertys. The Daughertys hosted Monday and Tuesday evenings with 800, Bridge, and socializing on Thursday for non players.
