Sentenced for Giving Tot Pot to Son in Anaheim Case
Robert S. Rodgers of Anaheim, who admitted supplying mari juana to his five year old son, was sentenced to one year in jail with a three year probation and possible deportation to Canada. A verdict suspended prison time. Rodgers had been free on a 1250 bond since arrest Jan. 12 after a weeklong probe sparked by reports of his son’s use.
