Moses Sole shark repellent may paralyze jaws
Oceans Magazine reports a milky toxin from Pardachirus marmoratus skin may temporarily paralyze sharks jaws. Dr Eugenie Clark tested the venom on two whitetip sharks with the live Moses Sole and found the sharks avoided contact for six hours. The study suggests Pardachirus milk could save lives in shark encounters.
