Marysville man Willmon clung between freight cars as a train slid past on Wednesday. He and his companions were confronted by four or more men who fought and fired at him for several minutes before the group released him and left. Willmon was found exhausted and taken to Kern County General Hospital in poor condition with multiple abrasions and possible broken bones.
