No contest plea filed in two Seal Beach deaths
Cerritos man Michael W. Gramme 46 entered a no contest plea to felony manslaughter in Santa Ana Superior Court after his car hit and killed two men, Edmund Lopez Jr. and Kenneth Sage, on October 13 1976 on a transition road near the San Diego Freeway. Sage a tow truck driver assisted Lopez whose stalled car was on the road when struck. Gramme was arrested at the scene by Seal Beach police and California Highway Patrol officers.
