Seven State Senators Seek County Balance in Reapportionment
A proposed Senate reapportionment would grant Los Angeles County seven of 40 seats, with a northern southern split of 20 each. Inyo Mono and Tulare would join the south in the plan, expanding representation to reflect population and gas tax ties.
