Manson Pair Held in Long Beach Knife Attacks Case
Two former Manson family members sought in Long Beach stabbings and robberies have been arrested in Washington state. FBI agents nabbed Veron Ray Dean Plumlee and Robert Eugene Russell, 20 year old Marine deserters, near Spanaway while police report raid findings including tapes, a manuscript, and a book on Satanism. They are jailed in Tacoma under the Dyer Act for a stolen car across state lines. Long Beach warrants had linked them to the Sept. 26 incident.
