Four new reservoirs in state water plan proposed
Sacramento officials outlined a Brown administration water plan including a peripheral canal to deliver Sacramento River water to southern delta plants. It envisions reservoirs on Cottonwood Creek, Yuba River, and Stony Creek plus Los Vaqueros with federal and state funding and a potential $438 million price tag.
