Good Ol Days Celebration Lights Up Pine Avenue Long Beach
Downtown Long Beach on Pine Avenue and Fifth Street will host the Ath Annual Good Ol Days event starting Thursday. A three day festival features petting zoo, kiddie rides, fishing pond, space shuttle displays, antique showpieces, and live bands at the bandstand. Free admission with ride fees. shuttle and parade bands showcase local schools and circulation retailers offer sidewalk sales.

The Farmer's Market, a Cedar and Ocean landmark for years, returns during Good Ol Days at Fifth Street and Pine. Vendors will set up daily mornings, offering grapes, tomatoes, melons, and other produce as townsfolk enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere and chat with growers. The market previously vanished to make way for the Civic Center and library.
