Esberg case orders FBI notes on seized boxes inventory
U S district judge in Los Angeles orders the government to turn over notes on the contents of 31 car tons seized from a Beverly Hills storage firm. An impartial party will inventory the boxes returned to Bekins Moving and Storage. Ellsberg seeks a credible record to trace evidence and prevent taint. The judge also limits future warrants to be shown to the case judge.
