Former Noguchi aides defend coroner as dedicated leader
Seven former aides testified their ex boss Thomas T Noguchi was dedicated and an inspiration to all during his reinstatement hearing. Dr Arthur Koeher led the group saying Noguchi was an aggressive leader and deeply committed to his duties as county coroner.
