Disneyland Helicopter Crash Ends Vacation Lives
A routine 16 minute Disneyland to Los Angeles helicopter flight ended in a pasture near Paramount, killing 23 people including children Pamela Komraus and David Komraus. Passengers ranged from United Airlines executive Ralph Komraus to Red Bluff Mayor John Trainor and Canton's Ina Sanders, with crew members Capt. Dupies and co pilots Terry Herrington and Don Bergman among the dead. The victims represented a cross section of American life from executives to families on holiday, all fatally disrupted on a final ride to eternity.
