Navy grades officers on minority relations

Huey Newton Says Panthers Plan to Mend Fences
Huey P Newton told about 200 theology students at the Black Odyssey Festival that the Black Panther Party has fallen out with the black community and black religious leaders but plans to mend fences. He said the party will launch clothing and shoe programs and work closely with the community as a grass roots organization.
