Indictment Sought in Santa Monica Torso Murder Case
Los Angeles district attorney says a grand jury will hear a murder indictment against Darlington Shaw in a case where his wife was killed dismembered and parts dumped across Southern California. Detectives found blood stains in the Shaw bathroom and bone fragments yet to be confirmed as human. Shaw was arrested on suspicion of murder and faces a possible term of ten years if convicted. He pleaded innocence.
