Senate investigators heard that one meat packer made up to 192000 a day in illicit profits by substituting knuckle for sirloin tips. Testimony detailed gifts and prostitutes given to inspectors and managers at G&G Packing Co of Boston and Blue Ribbon Frozen Foods of Hamden Conn.
