The badly decomposed body of 24 year old Richard W. Anderson was found Wednesday on the Los Angeles River Flood Control Channel bank just north of Artesia Boulevard. Police say death appeared self inflicted or due to drug overdose. Anderson resided at 2713 Eckleson Street.
