Log House Burns in Tennessee Family Tragedy
In Clarksville Tennessee a log house housing Alex Whitehead his wife his father-in-law and nine children burned before dawn. Neighbors slept through alarm as the structure collapsed trapping the family with bodies not recognizable. Sheriff’s estimate put nine or ten victims, all perished in the intense heat. Mr Harris and neighbors alerted by a horn, found the blaze already consuming the home.
